Affiliate Program

What is it?

Simply put: you promote My Budget Planner on your website and receive commissions:

$7 for each verified sale of My Budget Planner (download or CD, excluding any promotion),

$7 for each verified sale of My Budget Planner For Teens (download or CD, excluding any promotion),

$5 for each verified sale of My Budget Planner For Kids (download or CD, excluding any promotion).

During the promotion you will receive 40% commission of the promotion price.

Example: You sold a package: My Budget Planner CD ($24) +My Budget Planner For Kids ($10 - a 50%off special) = $34. You will receive $7 for My Budget Planner + $4 for My Budget Planner For Kids (40% of $10) = $11.

How does it work?

  • Complete the application below.
  • I will provide you with the banners, pictures, 5 lines ads, and solo ad, and any information you will need. You can copy any materials from MyBudgetPlanner.com to your website.
  • I will provide you with a link to the "ORDER" page. When your customer clicks on the ORDER button it will send him to the Order form on mybudgetplanner.com website. The Order form will have a unique code specifying that the order came from your website.

How will you get paid?

  • I will send you a check one week after sale, or
  • I will send money to you through the PayPal one week after sale.

You choose the payment method.

Promotional Code? You can apply for an extra promotion code for your advertising. All your visitors will receive additional discount from the sale price. The discount will be taken from your commission rate.

 

1) Term of the Agreements: The term of this Agreement will begin upon our approval of your Affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination by e-mail. Should we terminate this agreement, termination becomes effective immediately upon our sending you the termination e-mail. You are only eligible to earn referral fees on sales occurring during the term of the agreement.

2)Customers: We have the rights to keep all information on the customers referred by you and contact them by e-mail with promotion on other products.

3) Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available commission amount, referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Program rules. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.

4) Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under to this Agreement.

5) COPYRIGHT and TRADEMARK. My Budget Planner, My Budget Planner For Kids and My Budget Planner For Teens are Copyright by T.Shevchuk. My Budget Planner, My Budget Planner For Kids and My Budget Planner For Teens are Trademark by T.Shevchuk. My Budget Planner, My Budget Planner For Kids and My Budget Planner For Teens is the property of T.Shevchuk and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties.

6)REFUND. You will pay your commission back on a refund.

7) Independent Investigation: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OPERATE WEB SITES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETE WITH YOUR WEB SITE. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT. By filling out and submitting this form, you agree to all terms including not to: (1)Mislead others; (2)Operate or utilize a Web site or e-mail link to Web sites that contain or promote any of these types of content: libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, cracking, hacking or wares, or the offer any illegal good or service, or link to a Web site(s) that do so and/or (3) Engage in spamming, indiscriminate advertising or unsolicited commercial e-mail.
